This document is the output of a meeting on Drug Markets and Modelling was held in Lisbon on 23-24 October 2000 and organised as the Expert meeting of sub-group 3b “Drug markets and policy options”. The meeting was conducted as part of a project funded by the European Commission, DG Research, Targeted Socio- Economic Resarch (TSER).
