Summary
This speech was made by the Director of the EMCDDA at the National Drug Coordinators Meeting in Luxembourg in March 2005. Following a short survey, it outlined the legal options in different Member States for confiscating assets from drug dealers, and whether or not such assets would go to funds dedicated to combatting the drug problem.
