Traineeship offer
The trainee will be allocated within the Communication unit (COM) and the Information and communication technology unit (ICT), and the selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of Unit COM and the Head of Unit ICT.
The successful applicant will be requested to perform the following main tasks and responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse user needs, behaviours, and feedback to inform design decisions;
- Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes using design tools;
- Plan and execute usability testing sessions to evaluate design effectiveness and give recommendations based on the analysis;
- Work closely with software developers, business analysts, project managers, and subject matter experts to ensure design feasibility and technical alignment;
- Maintain detailed records of design processes, decisions, and outcomes to facilitate knowledge sharing and transparency.
