Reitox and external partners unit - International cooperation traineeship (2025/TR/RTX-IC)

Traineeship offer

The trainee will be allocated within the Reitox and external partners Unit, and the selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of sector International cooperation.

The successful applicant will be requested to perform the following main tasks and
responsibilities:

• Support targeted policy analysis and the preparation of briefings on selected countries to be shared internally or externally, including:
  • Scoping desk research on policy issues and institutional context;
  • Supporting the drafting of materials during the course of the analysis (e.g. preparatory briefings, slidesets, concept notes, policy briefings).
• Support the monitoring of international drug-related signals, including:
  • Supporting the management of the regular monitoring, record keeping of relevant data, and support the drafting of materials to share across the team/agency (e.g. updates on relevant threats or other signals);
  • Supporting the mapping of alternative monitoring tools, through desk research.
• Support to the implementation of the IAS action plan and recommendations.
• Support the ICS daily work, organisation of events, reporting activities etc.
• Support to the yearly Roadmap update for the EU enlargement partners as well as the EUDA Enlargement package contribution.
