Position

The position we are recruiting for is currently situated within the Partnerships and innovation Unit, and the selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of the International cooperation sector.

The jobholder will help conceptualise and develop a model of service delivery to non-EU countries and contribute to the development of the EUDA capacity development portfolio targeting non-EU countries and the Reitox network. The jobholder will ensure a wide and timely information exchange about the EUDA capacity development activities.

Eligibility requirements

General requirements

  • Be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union, Norway or Türkiye;
  • Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by the laws concerning military service, if applicable;
  • Produce the appropriate character references as to the suitability for the performance of the required duties;
  • Be physically fit to perform the duties of the post.

Education requirements

  • Have a level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma, or
  • A level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education, and appropriate professional experience of at least three years.

Language requirements

  • Possess a thorough knowledge (mother tongue or minimum level C1) of one of the official languages of the European Union and,
  • a proven satisfactory knowledge (minimum level B2) of another of these languages to the extent necessary for the performance of the required duties.

Essential requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in supporting capacity development, training and international cooperation activities.

  • At least 4 years of experience in designing high-quality learning materials, suitable for the EUDA’s different audiences (scientific, policy, professional and general public).

  • Experience in facilitating face-to-face and online training for different types of audiences

  • A good knowledge of research, methods and techniques for learning used in adult and vocational training approaches.

  • Working experience using a learning management system or other IT tools to design and deliver training
