Introduction
The trainee will be allocated within the Communication unit, and the selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of the Communication unit.
The successful applicant will be requested to perform the following main tasks and responsibilities:
- Work on a live website.
- Develop new products and features.
- Analyse web metrics and survey data.
- Work with multilingual content.
- Visualise data.

Eligibility requirements:
- Be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union, Norway or Türkiye. Candidates from other countries may apply.
- Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by the applicable laws concerning military service.
- Be physically fit to perform the duties of the post.
- Have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
- Have a thorough knowledge of oral and written English.
General selection requirements:
- A completed university degree in communication, information technology, design, computer and digital science, library science or knowledge studies. Candidates of all educational backgrounds will be considered, if the candidate is interested in getting a start with managing a website and being part of a creative digital team.
- Curiosity and analytical skills (likes to troubleshoot problems).
- Enjoys communication (verbal and visual) and helping others.
- Creativity.
- Advantageous: a sense of visual design principles.
