The MoU between the National Security Council of the Republic of Armenia and the EMCDDA is guided by the principles and aims of an existing multilateral international agreement on drug control. Both parties expressed their wish to develop a framework of mutual cooperation in the field of information on preventing and responding to illicit drug use, in line with international standards; and to share experiences and knowledge of methodologies aiming to develop and harmonise indicators of the drug situation and to develop an information system.
