Visit of a Ukrainian delegation to the EMCDDA, Lisbon
A Ukrainian delegation composed of the First Deputy Health Minister of Ukraine, two members of the Ukrainian Monitoring and Medical Centre for drugs and alcohol, and a representative of the Embassy of Ukraine in Portugal, visited the EMCDDA on 22 July 2015.
The purpose of the meeting was exchange information about the adoption, since March 2015, of a new plan of action for the implementation of the National Drug Strategy until 2020 by the Ukrainian government. As a country included in the ENP project, the perspectives for further cooperation with the EMCDDA and the organisation of targeted training sessions in Ukraine on topics to be proposed by the host country were highly praised.
