For almost 40 years, the Drug Consumption Rooms (DCRs) have been providing effective solutions in terms of harm reduction, human rights and public health.
This conference at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg brings together representatives from over 30 countries and 50 cities. It aims to promote the DCR model and support the alignment of international policies on harm reduction and human rights. Participants will exchange experiences, explore different legal frameworks and their developments, and highlight innovative practices in the field.
