Traineeship offer
The trainee will be allocated within the ICT Unit, and the selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of the Service delivery sector.
The successful applicant will be requested to perform the following main tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of ICT projects, including creating project documentation and other PM2 artefacts;
- Support in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks to ensure successful project delivery;
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management;
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes;
- Monitor a portfolio of projects against established metrics and support the preparation of regular reports.
