Communication unit and Human resources management sector - Shared assignment traineeship (TR/2026/COM/HRMS)

Introduction

The trainee will have a shared assignment between the Communication unit and the Resources management and administrative services unit, within the Human resources management sector. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of the Communication unit.

The successful applicant will be requested to perform the following main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the implementation of the internal communication strategy;
  • Update the internal communication action plan with new initiatives for 2026;
  • Implement the ‘people and culture’ workstream of the organisational development plan;
  • Create and distribute content;
  • Actively support the employee engagement initiatives;
  • Coordinate internal events;
  • Collect and analyse communication analytics and prepare reports with actions to improve.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union, Norway or Türkiye. Candidates from other countries may apply.
  • Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by the applicable laws concerning military service.
  • Be physically fit to perform the duties of the post.
  • Have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications. 
  • Have a thorough knowledge of oral and written English. 

General selection requirements:

  • A completed university degree in communication, marketing or HR management.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and graphic creation tools such as Canva.
