These are the Latvian government's 2017 national guidelines on diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis C. Theyt do not mention people who inject drugs (PWID) specifically. A national HCV treatment registry was initiated in 2016 in paper format and since January 2017 it is operational electronically.
