Summary
On the 6 April 2016, the Federal Government of Germany adopted the new “Strategy to contain HIV, hepatitis B and C and other sexually transmitted infections”. The strategy describes priorities for both the national level and for Germany's international contributions. It replaces the government's 2005 HIV strategy and for the first time jointly addresses HIV and other STIs.
