The EU4Monitoring Drugs (EU4MD) project of the EMCDDA is co-organising the Second training Neptune: Guidance on the Management of Acute and Chronic Harms of Club Drugs and New Psychoactive Substances which takes place 5-7 May 2021 (online).

The training aimde at psychiatrists and narcologists is jointly supported by the EU-ACT and EU4MD Projects funded by the European Commission.
