This is the inaugural meeting of the network of forensic and toxicological laboratories. At the meeting, members are presenting key concepts, organisational structure and communication tools. The meeting also spotlights initial projects and partners from other networks share insights to encourage collaboration and synergies.
The network aims to:
- strengthen the EU's health and security preparedness in the field of controlled drugs and new psychoactive substances (NPS) and/or their metabolites, precursors and other substances of interest;
- support the EUDA's access to relevant information in the field of drugs and drug-related harm;
- bring experts from all Member States together to share expertise, best practices and up-to-date information.
