On 28 February, the EUDA is organising an online event with the aim of promoting a bi-regional technical exchange on health and social responses to drugs between Europe and Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) countries. The event will focus on the achievements of the COPOLAD III project, which draws to a close in March.
Key outputs to be presented at the meeting include three miniguides on health and social responses to drugs (action framework, women and cannabis), which have been adapted to the LAC region, along with the methodology and process used to adapt them.
In addition, key resources on prevention will be showcased. These include the adapted EUPC basic training course in English and Spanish, the implementation of the EUPC in Brazil, and Evidencia Viva, the online platform in Spanish and Portuguese featuring evaluated prevention interventions in the LAC area.
