Introduction
The European Questionnaire on Drug Use among People Living in Prison (EQDP) is a model questionnaire designed for experts, researchers, and professionals aiming to gather information on drugs and prisons within the European prison population. It covers various topics, including general information about the respondent, substance use both outside and inside prison, substance injecting and other risk behaviours, health status, and access to health services. The short version of the EQDP contains fewer questions than the full version, offering a quicker data collection tool. An even shorter version is currently in development.
