Partnerships and innovation unit traineeship (TR/2026/P&I)

Introduction

The trainee will be allocated within the Partnerships and innovation unit, and the selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of the Partnerships and innovation unit.

The successful applicant will be requested to perform the following main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Digital engagement with external stakeholders: Assist to maintain and update the EUDA-CSOs Connect platform to ensure engagement and accessibility of information;
  • Stakeholder consultation support: Assist in the organisation of consultations with relevant stakeholders, including with the support to the organisations of webinars;
  • Monitoring and evaluation internal support: Assist to develop and monitor goal and metrics of the EUDA-CSO Connect platform.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union, Norway or Türkiye. Candidates from other countries may apply.
  • Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by the applicable laws concerning military service.
  • Be physically fit to perform the duties of the post.
  • Have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications. 
  • Have a thorough knowledge of oral and written English. 

General selection requirements:

  • A completed university degree in social sciences, law, political science, international relations or a related field.
  • Knowledge and /or experience in working with civil society organisations, NGOs or relevant policy areas.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in literature reviews and data collection.
  • Proficiency in web research and database management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
