The overall goal of the project is to promote and support the uptake by the Western Balkans of EU best practices and approaches in the areas of health and security. It also aims to strengthen the strategic and operational cooperation within the Western Balkans and between the region and the EU in the drug monitoring and information area, using EU standards and tools.
